Common checks

The app opened with the wrong Google account

Google account switching can become confused when several accounts are open in the same browser. Try an incognito or private window and sign in only with the account that owns the Drive resources and teaches the destination Classroom.

A school account will not authorise the app

A Google Workspace administrator may restrict third-party or unverified applications. The administrator controls whether the account is allowed to grant access.

The folder structure looks wrong

Return to the folder picker and check that you selected the correct level. Select the parent folder to build several topics, or a topic folder to build its lesson posts.

A repeat run did not create duplicates

That is expected. Course Builder keeps mapping records so unchanged linked resources are reported as reused or unchanged.
